Change in Adcubum’s Leadership

 

St. Gallen
The supervisory board appoints Frank Berghammer CEO. He is to succeed Georg Berner, who will leave the company at the end of August 2007.

Georg Berner assumed Adcubum’s management in autumn of 2006, successfully completed the reorientation of company and turned the company into the de facto market leader of the Swiss software market for health insurance companies with significant contracts and project implementations. He will return to Kunz & Partner - Management Consultants as a partner.

 

Frank Berghammer has so far been in the position of CTO. Frank Berghammer is more than prepared for his new position, with his proven leadership qualities and his background as Global CIO Corporates & Markets with HypoVereinsbank, as the in-ternational expansion - for the time being in Germany and in Eastern Europe - is the strategic focus of Adcubum.

 

René Janesch, who so far has been the division manager “Project Management" will become the new CTO and a member of the management board. He has been em-ployed with Adcubum ever since 2005 and has long-term experience in the technical field of project management and sales.
