Adcubum is a leading software manufacturer for the international insurance industry. Our core product is the standard software Adcubum Syrius, a flexible, modular, cloud-ready system for health, property and casualty insurers.
As their reliable and innovative partner, we support our customers in the implementation and ongoing development of the software. We work together to develop solutions for the insurance market of the future and design an optimal environment for agile work processes. At our in-house Adcubum Academy, we train internal and external experts in using Adcubum Syrius.
Since our formation in St. Gallen, Switzerland in 1997, Adcubum has established itself as a driver of innovation in the insurance market. The company has an outstanding reputation, with particularly strong customer loyalty in German-speaking countries. Executive Board


Steven Neubauer is CEO of Adcubum AG since November 2022. Beforehand he held positions as CEO of Comparis.ch, the market leading Swiss price comparison website, managing director of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, and as an Associate Partner with McKinsey in the Telecoms-Media-Technology pratice. Steven studied marketing, finance, and business informatics at the University of Bayreuth. He then completed his doctorate in innovation management at RWTH Aachen University. He is married, has four children, and enjoys outdoor sports activities.


As co-founder and managing director of tech11, Pierre Dubosq is responsible for the sales, marketing, legal and finance departments. In the last 15 years he managed various IT companies in the insurance industry before founding tech11 together with his partner Matthias Reining in 2018. tech11 has been part of the Adcubum Group since December 2021.




Dean is responsible for Adcubum’s finance, controlling, treasury, tax and legal functions. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996. Later, he transitioned to a software career at SunGard in 2000. Within SunGard, Dean advanced to the role of CFO for the USD 2.3bn Financial Services Division. Following the SunGard-FIS merger, he became Avaloq's Group CFO supporting the management team in their growth strategy and exit with Warburg Pincus. After Avaloq's integration with NEC, Dean partners with TA Associates and our management team to support Adcubum on its growth journey. He joined Adcubum in 2022. Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He is married with two children. In his free time, he enjoys collecting wine, travelling and gardening.
Board of Directors


Jürg Hunziker has been Chairman of the Adcubum Board of Directors since 2022. He was previously CEO of Avaloq, a global leading provider of digital banking solutions and core banking software. Before Avaloq, he held various international management positions at SunGard (today FIS) for 27 years.


Roger Steiner has been on the Adcubum Board of Directors since 2011. He previously worked at BZ Bank for over 8 years and has been a partner at Patinex Management AG since 2018.


As a member of the Board of Directors, Stefan Dandl has represented the investor TA Associates since 2022. He focuses on investments in technology and financial services companies and leads TA's cross-industry work in German-speaking countries.


Morgan Segler has represented investor TA Associates on Adcubum's board of directors since 2022. He joined TA in 2002 and has over 18 years of private equity experience. Morgan Segler has led investments in software, financial technology, online/e-commerce and semiconductor companies.


Robin Crewe has been a Board member of Adcubum since 2022. An experienced technology consultant, he was previously CTO at Misys / Finastra and co-founder of a virtual desktop software company which was acquired by VMware. He has extensive international experience in transforming and managing software organizations.
