Adcubum expands and strengthens its management team with Dr. Eike Schmidt as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Dean Gluyas as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Adcubum AG is expanding and strengthening its management team: As of 1 September 2022, Dr. Eike Schmidt will lead the product unit as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He will be responsible for the technology and further development of the standard suite Adcubum Syrius. Dean Gluyas, a proven financial expert in the software environment, will take over the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the group of companies in mid-August 2022. Already in April of this year, Marc Ammann joined Adcubum’s management as COO, and Pierre Dubosq completed the team in his role as CEO of the group’s tech11.
With the appointment of Schmidt and Gluyas, Adcubum AG completes its current management team, consisting of Emanuele Diquattro (CEO), Marc Ammann (COO) and Pierre Dubosq (CEO tech11). The newly formed management will actively drive the further development and growth of Adcubum as a group of companies. "The two are proven experts in their respective areas of responsibility," says Adcubum CEO Emanuele Diquattro. "Together, we will further expand our market position in Switzerland and Germany, and, in the process, consistently strengthen our power to innovate."
Eike Schmidt was most recently responsible for software development for the property & casualty (P&C) business as CTO/CPO on the executive board of fadata in Munich. Prior to that, he worked for various software companies at executive board level and successfully drove and introduced numerous cloud transformation projects. With the combination of extensive experience with providers of standard software, many years of in-depth knowledge of the insurance business and the track record of multiple successful transfers of systems to the cloud, he will continue to drive the success story of the Adcubum Syrius suite.
Dean Gluyas has been Group CFO of the leading banking software company Avaloq for the last 5 years. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at SunGard in various international roles, focusing on finance and controlling. With his solid background and many years of experience, he will accompany and actively steer Adcubum's further growth.
