We are looking for someone to join our team in St. Gallen or Wallisellen:

Business Analyst Finance / Insurance (80-100%)
As a Business Analyst in the Finance domain, you will be part of an international (Switzerland and Croatia) Scrum team and support the development team and the Product Owner in technical matters. You will clarify and specify the requirements for our adcubum SYRIUS software in coordination and cooperation with the customer and use your expertise to help achieve the product development goals.
Your tasks
- Formulate right-sized user stories based on the requirements
- Specify requirements and error analyses and work them out in detail
- Provide technical support and participate in Scrum meetings
- Carry out preliminary analyses incl. queries with customers / projects
- Preparing professional and technical information in a way that is appropriate for the purpose and target group
- Ensuring complete documentation of the software developed in a Scrum team
- Provide technical support for the development of test automation and test specifications
- Collaborate on cross-domain technical solution designs
- Performing functional tests and providing support
Our requirements
- If possible, know-how of operational insurance processes (with a focus on financial processes)
- High IT affinity
- Experience in the analysis and engineering of business processes
- FH or university degree is an advantage
- Experience in the documentation of complex software is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite
- Personal responsibility, structured work and a high level of quality and customer awareness
