We are looking for a Product Owner for ECM & PI (Enterprise Content Management & Process Integration) team in Zagreb.
Job description
You are a highly motivated person and want to play a leading role in the integration of Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management into our Adcubum Syrius suite. You are ready for your next challenge and want to make the step from a developer / architect / technical lead to become a product owner or you want to develop and improve your PO skills? If you combine the technical knowledge and the organization and communication skills of a PO then you are the perfect match!
Your tasks
- Lift our Enterprise Content Management and Business Process Management environment to a new level.
- Lead the scrum team on a daily basis
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
- Collaborating with our internal stakeholder and the development team to understand requirements and create epics and user stories.
- Developing, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Help define product’s vision, the roadmap and growth opportunities.
- Ensuring that development work maximizes value and is aligned with overall business and product strategy.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation by making suggestions to improve work systems, processes and procedures used in terms of service, accuracy of output, responsiveness etc.
- Working with key business stakeholders to ensure successful product roll outs and releases.
Our requirements
- You have experience in working with complex products and environments
- You have a solid technical background (Java legacy and modern cloud technologies)
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of German is advantage
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a tech lead or developer
- Agile product development experience
- Experience of transitioning from legacy Java JEE technologies into modern technologies such as distributed applications
- Knowledge in Enterprise Content Management and/or Business Process Modelling
