Security Architect

We are looking for Security Architect, based in Zagreb, for our Platform Unit.

With your expertise and passion for security, you are responsible for architecture, coordination and operational aspects, which ensure the security of our products. This includes designing and implementing robust security measures in our software or it's environment, and continuous improvement and communication inside Adcubum and towards our customers.
Deine Aufgaben
- Enhance, implement and maintain security architecture (primarily in the area of Identity and Access Management) of Adcubum Java-based products
- Define, review and communicate security solution designs
- Analyse, define, plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers on functional and non-functional security requirements
- Perform threat modelling and risk assessments, support teams to identify potential threats or weaknesses, and propose solutions
- Advance security as one of core qualities of Adcubum software
- Keep up to date with ongoing developments and innovations in security, and provide recommendations which ensure our products are up-to-date and secure against evolving threats
- collaborate with a broad range of Adcubum teams and roles, in order to explain and implement security requirements
- keep up to date with ongoing developments and innovations with regards to IT security
Unsere Anforderungen
- Previous product or project experience in a similar role or duty
- Previous experience in securing Java applications and frameworks (Java EE, Spring frameworks)
- Solid understanding of current and new IAM and security concepts (OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, distributed authorization, secrets management, zero-trust)
- Ability to navigate different abstraction layers
- Understanding of secure coding practices and common security vulnerabilities
- Strong analytic, communicative and organisational skills, with a high degree of responsibility
- Pro-active mindset and focus on pragmatic solutions
- Studies in informatics, computer science, software engineering or similar
- Very good English skills (written & spoken)
This is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with container or cloud technologies (Docker, OpenShift, ADFS, etc.)
- background in software engineering with a Java technology stack
- experience with threat-modelling
- experience with application security
- experience with cloud identity providers (Okta, Auth0, ADFS, etc.)
- certifications like Security+, CCSK, GSEC, CISSP, or CEH
- ability to communicate in German
