Adcubum is expanding its core insurance software Adcubum Syrius. The new innovative option for collections/disbursements is called PaymentsPro. It allows insurers to integrate digital means of payment for payments and reimbursements. PaymentsPro enables simple processes without media discontinuity between insurers and their customers.
Digital payment methods such as PayPal, Revolut, credit cards, or cryptocurrencies have gained importance in recent years. The desire for digital and contactless means of payment has increased in the wake of the Covid pandemic. Many people can no longer imagine everyday life without them. Insurers are also recognizing this trend with their customers. To be able to offer them a highly automated and smooth payment processing in the future, new interfaces and new functionalities in the core systems of the insurers are necessary.
Adcubum recognized this increasing demand early on and developed an innovative option as a further component of Adcubum Syrius. In a very short time, a prototype for PaymentsPro was realized in close cooperation with customers. Thanks to the positive response, PaymentsPro was quickly brought to market maturity and is already being delivered as a standard option with Syrius release 3.11.03.

With PaymentsPro, Adcubum positions itself in a forward-looking manner and supports a wide range of digital payment methods. If an insurer implements the option, it can be used to expand payment transactions and process them efficiently. The policyholder then pays easily using his preferred means of payment. In addition, PaymentsPro supports reimbursements via Revolut. "Insurance customers can experience a comprehensive, user-friendly, and flexible payment interaction with their insurance company," says Adcubum Product Manager Keller.
